PRIVATE THERAPY SESSIONS - £60.00 per hour
These are hour long safe spaces for you to discuss in detail; specific goals, mental health issues, distractions, and any number of frustrations preventing the better, healthier you to emerge. You can choose from phone calls, messaging, video calls or in-person meetings. All discussions are confidential* in a non-judgemental zone
PSYCHOSOMATIC MASSAGE SESSIONS - £75.00 per session
Psychosomatic massage is a therapeutic method that combines physical touch and psychological healing. It is based on the understanding that body and mind are closely interconnected and influence each other. Through discussion, emotional state, tension, pain and psychological concerns are identified and clarified. Swedish massage methods are then used to address these areas. Space is provided for any emotions that may arise, followed by support and guidance, as required. Breathing techniques are employed to aid relaxation and reduce stress. Collaboration is key for both client and therapist to work together and the outcome includes a greater awareness of body and emotions. Approximately 90 minutes per session.
BURNOUT PREVENTION IN THE WORKPLACE - prices tbc
Sick leave costs UK businesses over £1 billion a year and whilst presenteeism is rarely due to just a singular cause, forward thinking companies are proactively seeking anti-burnout workshops to increase the overall mental wellbeing of their employees. Groups sessions will be available to work through promoting healthy approaches to stress, anxiety and avoid burn-out. Not only does this deflect numerous sick days, it elevates productivity, workplace happiness, less staff turnover, improved morale and stronger employer brand.
FOREST BATHING WORKSHOPS - £25.00 per person per session
Forest bathing is the mindful, sensory-based experience of walking slowly though a natural woodland setting. It is about immersing yourself in the sounds, sights, smells and textures of the forest. The aim is to move at a gentle pace, pausing often to engage with the environment. The session begins with deep breathing, noticing leaf patterns and listening closely to birdsong. This contemplative practice has been shown to reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure, improve concentration and memory, whilst also enhancing mood and mental clarity. Forest bathing is a powerful antidote to the over stimulation of modern life. These guided forest bathing sessions take approximately 1 hour.

Join the podcast group, whereby we deliver a monthly podcast looking at all things to enhance relaxation, prevent anxiety, increase harmony and promote happy living. Podcasts may be collaborative, informational or interview style (coming soon).
MONTHLY MENTORSHIP - tbc
This programme allows membership to the monthly podcasts but also for an ongoing support network, either to focus on a particular goal or increase confidence and mental well-being. Using a variety of skills including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we will concentrate on what you need to live your fullest life. Appointments can be made randomly to suit your lifestyle or assist with ongoing / new projects and topics
